We use Taggbox to embed our Slack Feed on to the internal website page and the example is from our #Team channel within Slack.

But this also could be used to integrate our Twitter and Facebook feeds and also will provide analytics on the engagement our social media identifying who is an active user and influential contributors

Miro enables us to work together at the same time on an infinite sized canvas to explore problems creatively though brainstorming and managing agile workflows. Miro is also integrated into Slack

Slack for all internal team messaging which speeds up collaboration and it also has searchable history. From within Slack we can invite one or more colleagues to a zoom call, we do not have to take minutes of meetings because we use Otter.AI which transcribes our Zoom meetings and then is sent direct to the participants at the end of the call.

Wrike
We use Wrike as an online project management tool for our internal projects. Wrike is cloud based with the idea that it simplifies collaboration between co-workers The dashboard shows you what people are working on and how long it is taking (it has a time tracker too) and also gives a visual analytics.
