ALEX MALAMUD
Principal
With more than 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering, Alex possesses extensive knowledge and experience gained throughout a career in the infrastructure/construction industry.
That includes concept development, detailed design, stakeholder/public liaison and service requirements. His knowledge and experience from working for contractors, consultants and client organisations enables him to see issues from each party’s view and strengthens his ability to collaborate and engage with all parties. He has managed teams and sub-contractors on projects, with responsibility for delivery to programme and budget.

LANRE PETERS
Chief Operating Officer
Lanre is a Nigerian & British national and he joined Decision Makers as the COO in 2019. In this role, Lanre supports the CEO and is also on the management team. Lanre has management responsibility for the Finance; Tax; Legal; and Human Resources functions of Decision Makers.
Prior to joining Decision Makers, Lanre worked in a similar role for global asset management (with assets under management of £900bn+). Lanre holds a BSc in Industrial relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; an MBA (Finance specialisation) from the prestigious Surrey Business School (University of Surrey); and a PhD in Theology from the University of Edinburgh.

Over 15 years of experience business development and marketing experience at director's level.
Proven ability to successfully analyse an organisation's position in the market place, identify
deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for
enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer relations.
My experience, professional training and creative thinking has been used to develop andimplement cost effective, value-added solutions,within multiculturalenvironments.

Fakhroo
Chief Procurement Officer
Highly experienced senior-level Procurement and Supply Chain Officer with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Construction with companies such as HSBC Middle East and Emaar. Experienced in handling procurement duties and analysing pricing and cost factors. Demonstrated record of delivering superior results on a global basis, providing significant P&L and sales execution contribution through the leadership of strategic procurement. Highly-skilled in contributing to annual operating budgets and handling the administration of purchase department.

Melanie Bromley
Chief Innovation Officer
Previously to joining the Decision Makers, I co-founded a business that changed its business model from a traditional management consultancy to a scaleable SAAS management system, which provided SMART, holistic solutions to complex business, social and environmental challenges working with academics from several universities Surrey, Oxford Brookes, Curtin and Sheffield to provide the research data on projects. My particular responsibilities laid within the data-gathering technologies, big data sources and benchmark research. The data enables c-suite teams to create efficient decision making with a more reliable outcome, lower project costs and a faster return on investment.
